What this notice covers. This notice explains how the Praxel website at praxel.io collects and uses information about visitors. Praxel is a product of Obelisk Advisory LLC ("Praxel," "we," "us," "our").
What it does not cover. It does not apply to the Praxel application. If you use the Praxel app, the privacy policy that governs it is available within the app. It also does not apply to any other website or service operated by Obelisk Advisory LLC, each of which has its own separate notice.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
If you request a demo or otherwise contact us through the site, we collect the details you submit: your name, your firm or organization, your work email address, and anything you include in your message. Our contact form is delivered through a third-party form-handling provider that passes your message to us.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the site, we and our analytics provider automatically collect certain technical and usage information using cookies and similar technologies, including:
- Device and browser type, operating system, and screen or language settings
- Your IP address and the approximate location (such as city or region) derived from it
- Pages you view, links you click, and the site that referred you
- Dates, times, and duration of your visit
Marketing and campaign information

Praxel does not sell your personal information for money, and we are not in the business of monetizing visitor data. We share information only in these limited ways:
- Service providers. Hosting and content-delivery, analytics, form-handling, and email providers that process information on our behalf to run the site and respond to you.
- Analytics. A third-party analytics provider processes online identifiers and activity data (such as cookie identifiers and the pages you viewed) on our behalf to help us understand how the site is used.
- Legal and safety. Where we believe disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect our rights, users, or the public.
- Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this notice.
Praxel does not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising. We use analytics cookies to measure how the site is used, and you can opt out of them at any time, as described below.

Marketing emails

Where we rely on your consent, for example for analytics cookies, you may withdraw it at any time. We rely on your consent for non-essential cookies, on our legitimate interests to operate and secure the site and understand basic usage, and on steps taken at your request when you contact us. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
6. Data retention
We keep the information you submit through the site for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and for a reasonable period afterward for our records, unless a longer period is required by law. Analytics information is retained for a limited period consistent with our provider's standard retention settings.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect the information collected through the site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Praxel website is intended for professional and business use and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
